Good god that made me lol.
I always frown for my photo ID pictures, because nobody ever asks to see your ID for a *good* reason. Either you're in trouble, or on your way to work. That way the picture on my ID matches my face when I hear "Do you know how fast you were going?"
All the more reason to make a silly face; if they can't keep a straight face themselves, they can't very well sternly admonish you for anything. :D
